about

JKT’s 4th studio album since the group's inception. Y.E.A.H. approaches new horizons for JKT. It demonstrates new landscapes compared to their last release, “Jupiter” (2019). The instrumentation, compositions, arranging, timbre, and overall feel of the album are uplifting and open new doors of exploration and character not heard in the group prior. Y.E.A.H. features new instrumentation to the mix, including an array of digital-analog synthesizers and percussion instruments not present in their
previous work. The compositions are fresh and enthralling, uplifting their music to new levels. Coupling all of this are several features with the highly formidable electronic artist Danbient (“LV99 Moon Dragon”, “Ghost in the Desert”, “Hamal”). Y.E.A.H. also includes an immersive narrative story (downloadable as PDF liner material) that allows the listener to follow a defined musical path or a "choose their own adventure" path within the music, offering another layer of abstraction to experience the album to its fullest.
